Anti-corrosion and sound absorption ducts are the duct system made of double-sided embossed
coated steel plate composited new microporous material. The middle core material is micro-hole
material and the upper and lower layers are the embossed coated steel plate. Tenlead anti-corrosion
& sound absorption duct has excellent strength as well as corrosion resistance, weather
resistance and sound absorption performance, it can effectively resist the crush and impact, can be
comparable with the traditional metal duct and much better than inorganic glass steel duct, which effectively
avoid the cross-construction process damage. And the fire rate is non-combustible A-class with a
fire-resistant limit of 120min, are the high-end products of new field in the market.
The duct boards are widely used for fabrication of the fire-proof and exhaust ducts and also can be
used as a fire-proof board.

6. Light weight: Compared with the same specificated normal white sheet metal exhaust duct, the weight of the Ten-lead
anti-corrosion is only one forth (1/4) of white sheet metal duct, relatively reduce the lifting costs, 2 people can
do the lifting work, in the mean time, reduce the labor costs and improve work efficiency greatly. Also it is designed and
conform to the "Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Seismic Design Code" (GB50981-2014.
7. High strength: the maximum wind pressure can withstand is 3000Pa, can meet the high, medium and low pressure
system applications in same time.
8. Less loss: produce the non-fixed length panels as requested duct size, minimize the the material loss to a minimum,
improve the production efficiency as well.
9. Easy fabraction: hand or mechanical tool knife can do the cut work, connected by buckled alloy flange,
easy lifting, short construction period.
10. No need to reserve the construction space, can reduce the buliding height, save the projects cost, also increase the use of space
